Hi, I’m Jordan (she/her)

A woman with shoulder-length blonde hair, smiling and sitting at a table against a wooden wall background, wearing a black sweatshirt and hoop earrings.

I have a Master’s degree in Counselling (MC), and work as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in the province of British Columbia. I have certificates and additional training in trauma and Sex Therapy. Grounded in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), my approach is collaborative, person-centred, evidence-based, sex-positive and trauma-informed.

As someone who has wrestled with authenticity, I firmly believe that meaningful change happens when we feel comfortable enough to allow our unfiltered authentic self to emerge. Whether you are seeking support for sexual concerns or navigating other life challenges, my hope is to create an accepting and non-judgmental space to experience the aspects of yourself that have been kept hidden.

Together we will work on becoming comfortable with discomfort so that we can better explore the thoughts, feelings and experiences that have been too overwhelming to confront alone. Through these new experiences old ways of being that are no longer helpful soften, and new adaptative ways are discovered, allowing us to think and behave in ways that better align with who we are.

To be honest and curious about oneself takes vulnerability, and I am here to support you on your unique journey, regardless of the challenges you are facing. Being vulnerable is a skill, and like all skills, it can be cultivated. Whatever level of vulnerability you bring to therapy is where we will start.
