The Commons Wellness Collective is looking for associates trained in AEDP to join our team as Independent Contractors! If you are someone who is keen to work in a supportive learning environment, build your practice with collaboration, and be fairly compensated for your efforts, please reach out!

    • Active RCC or RSW membership

    • A Master's level degree in Counselling, or a related field

    • A trauma-informed lens

    • A non-pathologizing framework with a focus on decolonizing practice. This includes actively working to understand and dismantle your own cultural biases and internalized systemic oppression

    • Openminded spirit, curiosity, and a commitment to ongoing learning

    • Preference will be given to clinicians who can demonstrate existing AEDP skills and have an interest in continuing to develop these in a collaborative environment

    • Bonus if hearing the phrase ‘therapy as activism’ gets you excited and curious

    • A response! All inquiries will be replied to.

    • An independent contractor model with a high than average compensation split at 75/25. In addition, we have a monthly cap, where once reached, you retain all of your session fee.

    • Flexible hours (Keep in mind that there is a higher demand for evenings/weekends if you want to grow your client base more quickly)

    • Ongoing learning opportunities including monthly group collaboration, case consultations and more. (All with an AEDP focus!)

    • Access to training and educational material, as well as administrative support

    • Client referrals

    • Access to a secure platform for video sessions and file management
